Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with equivalent banking experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years banking experience.
  • Pervious supervisory experience necessary.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Previous lending experience.
  • Prior Teller and CSR experience desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating business within your branch and surrounding market.
  • Directly supervising, coaching, and developing all personnel assigned.
  • Ensure world-class customer service.
  • Promote growth and profitability of the institution while achieving the bank's goals and objectives.

Skills:

The required skills are exceptional customer relations skills, proficient PC skills, and strong communication skills.
