Branch Manager

Responsible for generating business within your branch office and surrounding market, directly supervising, coaching, and developing all personnel assigned while ensuring world-class customer service and promoting growth and profitability of the institution while achieving the bank’s goals and objectives.

Education:  Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred or a high school diploma with equivalent banking experience.


Experience:  A minimum of five (5) years’ banking experience preferred, previous lending experience preferred; prior Teller and CSR experience desired; previous supervisory experience necessary.   


 Skills:  Must possess exceptional customer service skills, proficient PC skills, strong communication skills, Microsoft 365 familiarity, customer focused, and organized work habits. An NMLS license is preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. 

The successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule which will include some Friday evenings until 5:00 p.m. and some Saturdays until noon.
